Post 9/11 gi bill and nascar team up

The Post 9/11 GI Bill is receiving some high-speed attention thanks to a partnership between the Department of Veterans Affairs and NASCAR. Onlookers at VA Central Office in Washington DC got a sneak peak at the #71 Chevrolet Impala driven by 21-year-old Landon Cassill.
